Plan of Salvation

FOUR THINGS GOD WANTS YOU TO KNOW

1. You need to be saved. “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23) “As it is written, there is none righteous, no not one;” (Romans 3:10) ”For the wages of sin is death…” (Romans 6:23)
Matthew 16:26;  Ecclesiastes 7:20

2. You cannot save yourself. “For by grace are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9) “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost.” (Titus 3:5)
John 14:6

3. God has provided a way for your salvation. “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (John 3:3) “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16) “But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8) “ the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)
John 20:31;  I Peter 3:18

4. You can be saved today. “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.” (Acts 16:31) “Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” (II Corinthians 6:2) “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9-10) “God be merciful to me a sinner.” (Luke 18:13)
John 3:36
;  Hebrews 2:3

Salvation is a gift and you can receive it if you will admit you are a sinner and ask Jesus to save you. Will you accept Him? If so, pray this prayer.

God…I know I am a sinner..I am sorry for my sins…I believe that Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood for the forgiveness of my sins and to save my soul…I ask for forgiveness of my sins and that Jesus be my Saviour…I trust Him now as my Saviour…In Jesus name I pray…Amen.

If you have just trusted Jesus as Saviour, we would like to send you some literature that will help you in your new life in Christ. Let us know that we may rejoice with you! If you live outside our area and are in need of a Fundamental Baptist Church to attend, we can help you find one, and introduce you to the Pastor.
